Salsa from the Kelton’s
Salsa is the perfect complement to your taco, enchilada, quesadilla, bowl of chips, and…..well, just about anything. This recipe uses an extra amount of garlic to give it just the right amount of kick.

Ingredients

  • (6) Medium sized fresh tomatoes
  • (1) Medium white onion
  • (1) Medium or large fresh green pepper
  • (2) Garlic bulbs - (BULBS not cloves)
  • (12 oz) Jar of sliced jalapeños, drained
  • (15 - 18 stalks) Cilantro
  • (1 - 2 rounded tablespoons depending on taste) Sugar
  • (1 tsp or so) Garlic Salt
  • (1/2 tsp or so) Garlic Powder
  • (About 1 tsp) Lemon Pepper Seasoning

Directions

Chop up all the ingredients depending on your preference of salsa from chunky to a purée either by hand, with an electric chopper, or food processor. Mix in a bowl together. Enjoy!
